The changes aren't just skin deep either!
We've been working extra hard for the past few months to make some pretty exciting enhancements to our site. What we came up with was a vastly improved way to provide you with the best possible content, customer service and information.
Here are just a few of the MANY changes we've made:
- Viewing times have been extended from 45 days to 90 days
- New Account Dashboard gives you full access to your username, password, email address, billing information, etc.
- You can now print receipts online from your Account Dashboard!
- Easily register for Live Webinars without the need for emails
- Extensive FAQ System with loads of answers about everything ReporterWebinars
- New & Improved Support Tickets
- New coupons, discounts and contests (keep an eye out for these!!!)
- Cleaner, Fresher look to the site. No more extra buttons or complicated menus. Just the 6 buttons at the top of your screen!
And thats just to name a few! We compiled all of the suggestions you've been sending us and made as many of the requested changes as we could, as well as some we thought up along the way.
